E-Mail-Archivierung: Mit inoxision Archive Mail archivieren Sie Ihre E-Mails inklusive aller Anhänge revisionssicher und erzeugen so einen zentralen Datenpool, in welchem Sie Informationen sekundenschnell wiederfinden können.

PLATZHALTER Mit der E-Mail-Archivierung inoxision Archive Mail archivieren Sie Ihre E-Mails inklusive aller Anhänge vollautomatisch. Dabei wird eine Kopie der E-Mail revisionssicher abgelegt. Der dabei erzeugte Inhaltsindex ermöglicht die sekundenschnelle Suche nach gewünschten Informationen. So bleiben Ihre Daten auch über Jahre hinweg per Mausklick verfügbar. Sie können direkt aus Ihrer E-Mail-Software (z.B. Microsoft® Outlook, Tobit David usw.) nach den gewünschten Nachrichten recherchieren. Die Volltextsuche ermöglicht das Recherchieren nach Informationen aus dem Nachrichtentext und den Anhängen. Die phonetische OCR-Texterkennung (optional) unterstützt Sie bei der Archivierung von Anhängen und Telefax-Nachrichten, welche Sie zuvor per E-Mail erhalten haben.

(*1) Die Anzahl der Mailkonten bzw. Postfächer deren Daten archiviert werden ist unbegrenzt. (Archivierung per IMAP Abruf oder SMTP Zustellung).

Für die Anbindung der verschiedenen Mailserver / Systeme wie z.B. Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Icewarp, GFI Kerio Connect usw. stehen verschiedene Schnittstellen zur Verfügung.

(*2) Für Datenimporte und Exporte stehen verschiedene Schnittstellen je nach verwendetem Quell/Zielsystem bzw. Datentyp zur Verfügung. Je nach Umfang / gewünschter Unterstützung fallen Kosten für Dienstleistung durch den inoxision.NOW Partner und/oder Kosten für die Datenübertragung an.

(*3) Für den Verschlagwortungsdienst ist je Monat ein Guthaben von 100 Erkennungsvorgängen enthalten. Weiteres Guthaben kann kostenpflichtig gebucht werden.

E-Mails zur Archivierung können entweder per IMAP aus einem Postfach des Kunden abgerufen werden oder per SMTP an die jeweilige Instanz Adresse zugestellt werden. Bei Verwendung der SMTP Zustellung ist sicherzustellen das der Mailserver bei einem Fehler der Zustellung mehrere Versuche unternimmt (RFC5321).

Ist das Ziel eine rechtskonforme Archivierung (z.B. nach GOBD) empfehlen wir alle relevanten E-Mails über ein Sammelkonto zu archivieren (100% Ansatz). Sammelkonten bzw. entsprechende Funktionen können in den meisten Mailsystemen/Mailserver Anwendungen konfiguriert werden.
Es werden alle Mailsysteme die einen Zugriff per IMAP oder Zustellung per SMTP ermöglichen unterstützt

Nicht enthalten sind Kosten für Einrichtung und Schulung.
Diese Dienstleistungen können bei Bedarf gesondert mit dem jeweiligen inoxision.NOW Fachhandelspartner vereinbart werden.

Die Produkte können ausschließlich über autorisierte inoxision.NOW Fachhandelspartner bezogen werden.
